19M Service Changes – 30/09/2019

We are making some changes to the 19M effective form Monday 30/09/2019. This is to improve the reliability of the service in general, and to cope with the new stopping arrangements at Manor Academy.

The AM journey times have now moved forward by 5 minutes and we have changed the route we take through Acomb – please make sure you have checked your stopping arrangements ready for your next trip. The PM trip timings and route are unaffected.

Contactless payments coming soon…

We are delighted to announce that contactless payments will be launched soon across all of our vehicles. No cash? Not a problem – you can just tap your card and get your ticket.

The project has been in the planning stages for a few months now, says Gary Newby, partner at Reliance Motor Services. Our ticketing partner Ticketer, have been great and have worked to make sure the project can be delivered for benefit of passengers and staff. We anticipate that testing will begin later this month with the roll out coming in October.
