Reliance currently operate from their York depot, near to Sutton on the Forest. Owned and run by John Duff, Reliance is a real family business with John's grandson Gary Newby taking the lead in operations. Both John and Gary are qualified engineers and take an active role in fleet maintenance and management.

Reliance currently operate 16 buses across a wide network around North Yorkshire and The City of York. Taking in villages such as Tollerton, Alne (famous for its annual street fair), Huby and Sutton-on-the-Forest as well as the picturesque market towns of Easingwold and Thirsk.
