From time to time things do get left on our buses and we always try our hardest to get them back to there rightful owner.
If you have lost an item on our network, please get in touch via the contact us page using the form provided. Please bear in mind that most of our buses do not return to the depot during the day, so we will usually get back to you the following day.
When completing the form, please give us as much detail as possible. Describe the item lost, which bus you were on (including route number, boarding time and direction of travel) and if possible where you were sat in the bus. This will enable us to accurately track which vehicle you were on.
