I’ve just left something on a bus, can you contact the driver?

We can't guarantee that our driver will be able to locate your lost item immediately, as they will be focused on getting other customers to their destinations. We know it can be stressful, but it's always best to wait until the day afterwards to contact us.

 

You’ve found my item, how do I get it back?

We'll store your item at one of our depots. The location will depend on which bus the item was lost on. Our team will provide the collection instructions if we've got your lost item.

 

How long does Reliance Buses store lost property?

We’ll store any lost items for 28 days. Except for anything perishable, undesirable or hazardous to store – anything that we’re unable to store will be disposed of.
